Flowers all year, mostly in Spring
Fine, branching plant that lays close to the ground or attached to other plants, with 5 small, almost triangular leaves, stalks support 1-5 yellow petals, some with an orange tint. Forage resource for livestock – but young plants are not appealing (lotus genus has toxic compounds).
