We have created the apartments as spaces we would like to stay in ourselves – which means that, although they may not be to everyone’s taste, they are comfortable, pleasant and well-equipped for any length of stay.
Apartment facilities include free WIFI internet and satellite TV and radio, washing machine and environmentally friendly built-in storage heaters for those cool January nights. Extra heating is available for unusually cold weather – we want our guests to be comfortable!
Communal facilities include Sauna, Jacuzzi, Elliptical Trainer and Weights.
The Tower Apartment
The structure of the Tower Apartment is part of the house that dates back between 200 and 300 years. It is recognised by local and island authorities as having historical and cultural value and therefore has patrimonio (listed building) status.
It consists of a downstairs living/dining room and a large upstairs bedroom with fine views of the village. It has a high peaked wooden ceiling, restored using the original, sturdy Canarian pine timber, cut with an adze rather than a saw.It opens onto a small roof terrace. The bathroom and kitchen are accessed via a small patio.
the garden apartament
The Garden apartment forms part of a recent construction on the barranco side of the old house. It is a studio apartment with a large, romantic sleeping space, a comfortable living/dining area and a small but well-equipped kitchen.
The view from indoors, of the garden treetops and the mountains in the background, is even better from the private patio in front of the apartment. It has a private as well as a shared entrance.
