Tarajal (Tamarix canariensis Willd.)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>End\u00e9mica de las Islas Canarias<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tamaricaceae &#8211; tamarix<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Florece en verano y fructifica en oto\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este arbusto puede alcanzar los 6 metros de altura, con hojas perennes de color claro, similares a escamas, recubiertas de sal. Presenta racimos plumosos de flores de color blanco rosado. Se puede obtener un tinte negro del \u00e1rbol. Su madera es muy dura y se utilizaba en la construcci\u00f3n de barcos y en aperos agr\u00edcolas.
